How do I rate a task?

Make it easier for all members of the Discontract community by leaving ratings for services received. Here's how.

Can one click make a difference? It sure can!

Any ratings left on the Discontract platform help a great pro stand out. A high rating is not only a good way to give thanks for a job well done, but it also helps all other Discontract users. This goes for lower ratings, too – they help us keep track of underwhelming results. This way, we can make sure only the most professional services reach our users.

You'll be able to rate the service received when the pro has marked the job as completed. We'll let you know when that happens through the Discontract platform and via text SMS. Then, simply select Rate the Service next to the task to leave a 1 to 5-star rating for the pro.
