Czas przybycia zawsze będzie najpierw określać klient, ale jeśli nie możesz przybyć w tym czasie, nie oznacza to, że zamówienie przepadnie! Jeżeli podany czas Ci nie pasuje możesz skontaktować się z klientem i zaproponować jego zmianę. Można to zrobić za pomocą następujących narzędzi komunikacyjnych: • Telefonicznie – po prawej stronie zlecenia i nazwy klienta zobaczysz ikonę telefonu, którą możesz kliknąć, aby bezpośrednio zadzwonić do klienta; • Przez wiadomość – obok ikony telefonu znajduje się również dymek wiadomości. Napisz klientowi, że chcesz zmienić godzinę – na pewno otrzyma Twoją wiadomość. Nie mamy wątpliwości, że te szybkie sposoby pomogą Ci skontaktować się z klientem i uzgodnić nowy czas. Po zakończeniu kliknij „*Wybierz czas przybycia*”, wybierz „*Inny czas*” i podaj uzgodnioną z klientem datę i godzinę.
